Came here for the first time and was really impressed. The food is delicious, staff is friendly, facility itself is very clean. They have a nanny for the playroom and you can enjoy some peace and quiet and even if shes not there you can let them in and watch them on camera. amazing! The food is delicious! And trust me we are very picky on quality ;-)🍨

I would have rate zero if there is such an opportunity. I had the worst experience in my live ever. They mix toddlers and schoolchildren in one place. Nannies show no attention to smaller babies and requires babysitting from family. Management rude and arrogant. The owner personally cursed me for bad kids supervision. The food is ordinary/ They don/t deserve name FRESH and name FAMILY. They don't even deserve to be rated. Don't recommend even to an enemy.

A five star place indeed. Just had dinner with my wife and kids today and I intend to come back as soon as possible. Wonderful food, specially the onion soup and the seared chicken salad. Really had a good time and excellent food in a family restaurant with gently attendants. Really good.

We thought this place was cute and wanted to try something different. The service took way too long. We saw some German roaches on the floor near the table and then on the curtain sitting right next to our table while we were eating and told the server about it. Her response was "this happens sometimes". Then she grabbed a napkin and killed it right next to us and our food then when to throw away the napkin and didn't even go wash her hands. The food tasted good until we lost our appetites. Then the server came up to us puzzled and asked if something was wrong. We said that we just wanted our check we had completely lost our appetites. She then said "this is Florida we have roaches". We lived in Florida our whole lives, we have palmetto bugs not german roaches, there is a big difference. We have also been in the restaurant business for a long time and know how you should treat paying customers. Needless to say we don't recommend this place and won't be back.

I love this place for fresh food and kids room. That’s the only place I can eat in peace with my two kids. Nanny is a must in sunny isles restaurants. Family oriented.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The menu had plenty of options. Prices are reasonable. I'm here for a short trip, but I'll try to go back before I leave. Highly recommended.Edit: We went back a second time and it was just as good as the first!

The breakfast is good. Spinach Benedict was very good, don't let the spinach scare you off. The huevos rancheros was not as good as it could have been. But the coffee was great, it wasn't busy, and the staff was friendly. Recommended overall.

Family Fresh Cafe has very tasty food and great service. On our short visit in Miami we came here twice for breakfast, so we can confidently say the omletts are fantastic and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for breakfast but can't offer any recommendations for lunch or dinner.

rude service. the food was good but they forgot the beans on my salad them argued with me about it. then I said gimme the menu and showed them the description and the picture, there are kidney beans in the fit salad. then my smoothie had a produce sticker blended inside it. this place has potential but come on guys. This is an amazing place in Sunny Isles Beach to dine with your children. You can enjoy your meal while your kids are taken care of in a play room with a nanny. The food is fresh, ingredients are organic and food tastes amazing! The menu has a lot of choices for any taste. Breakfast is so yammy, you will come back!

If I could rate 0 I would.Person on the phone was very unprofessional. Apparently the food detail on Google is wrong, that's what I was told.Trying to get me to order a different side dish because the dish I wanted is extra charge when on the menu it clearly says it's a part of the meal.Never ordering again.First impression done.

The food is delicious! And trust me we are very picky on quality ;-)Everything is homemade and so fresh. We were here for 1 month and we came a lot of time to have breakfast, snack or lunch. We tried almost everything on the menu: we recommend the burger, the pastas, salads, tuna and salmon tartare, French toasts, pancakes, waffles, fresh smoothies! You don't want to miss this place, t is a must stop :-)

Was pleasantly surprised. Its a russian lounge serving all varieties of food that are popular among russians. By this i mean you russian foods, italian, american, and seafood all with the russian flare. Plates are just the right size so you wont leave hungry. And they have a playroom in the back with a large tv screen to monitor your kids so you can have some adult time at dinner. Now thats a great idea.

I ordered an hawaiian pizza and it was a frozen pizza from the store. When i go to a restaurant i expect a freshly hand made pizza, not a pizza from the super market.

The best place to have lunch or dinner with kids in Sunny. Salads and smoothies are amazing. High quality and truly freshly prepared food. Extremely attentive wait staff. Master classes for kids are incredible. Prices are a bit on the higher range, but it is very much expected given the area and quality of the food and overall experience. Will definitely visit again

Very well kept and welcoming restaurant. They offer large portions and for reasonable prices. I loved the food a lot and the staff were super welcoming and explanatory. I recommend this place.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I love the idea pf being able to let your child play which you have a meal. But my concerns are that there are much older kids with very young kids toys together and barely any supervision from the sitter. I even saw her roaming around the restaurant, go outside for some time and chatting with other staff - this is all while kids are there on their own. Besides this are the OUTRAGEOUS prices on their menu. Holy cow they ask for $10 for a tiny piece of cake. Or $9 for 3!! Plain crepes!! Or $9 for 3 medium size sirniki. And other prices are way up there. Cant wait until another similar place opens up to compete with a similar idea.

Very good food! The Organic Quinoa Salad was delicious. And the Crepe with fruits and Nutella is amazing as well :-)

Any restaurant is created by the cook. It is the truth which is knows averybody. You can spend any money in an interior, it is possible to do the menu to the most expensive, or the cheapest, to invite the most charming waitresses, but if you have no good cook - the restaurant won't be Great. Family Fresh Cafe - one of those institutions in which there were ideally all components of success. Cozy interior. Collective which it is really possible to call family. All employees work together not one year. Tremendous atmosphere. All of this is plus, of course the magnificent cook - does this cafe unique. It isn't a lot of places, especially restaurants to which there is a wish to come back. Family Fresh Cafe - is undoubted, one of them. You come with children here. You will plunge into the atmosphere of the family center, feel your own houses. Try, and be convinced of correctness of my words.Thanks!
